Affording a country house style, the air-conditioned hotel comprises a main building and several bungalows with rooms and apartments. Facilities of the hotel include an impressive lobby with a reception, a lift and a cafe. In addition, the hotel offers a hairdressing salon and various shops as well as two small supermarkets. There is also a bar, 3 e la carte restaurants and a public Internet terminal. Room, laundry and medical services are available on request. Younger guests may let some steam off in the children's playground. Those arriving by car can make use of the hotel car park and garage.

Philippos Maisonettes are situated in the village Mastichari, on the road which leads into the centre with its fish taverns, small shops and bars The property, opened in 1991, covers 9 maisonettes. Reception (08:00-22:00 h). Cleaning 3-times, linen change twice a week. There are regular ferry connection to the island Kalymnos. Public bus service with connections to Kos city (approx. 25 km) available. The interior area of the maisonettes is desinged on 3 levels. On the uppest level twin beds, on the middle level living room and on the lower level small kitchenette. Shower/WC. The beach is in a distance of approx. 500 m.
