“ A good well managed budget hotel. Set amidst the concrete jungle that comprises Kos new town, it is within very easy walking distance of everything that Kos town has to offer and the harbour. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Other guests I spoke to seemed to be well satisfied and some were repeat customers. Makes an excellent base before and after exploring other islands or indeed Kos itself.
“ Top Tip: I used A2B transfer to and from Kos airport. It can be pre-booked on the internet and provided a good, reliable service at a much lower cost than a taxi.

“
The hotel is a little shabby in the details, about ten minutes from the beach, and has a very 70's feel, which could be really attractive in a retro way if it was thought about a little. Its clean, and for the price it was fine as a base.
The owner seemed a little dour but the rest of the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
“ Top Tip: If you tire of the usual moussaka, stifado, pizza, etc then try Alexandrou's taverna, which is a little cheaper than most, is all home-cooked, and has some more unusual things on the menu (I had pork with figs and passion fruit) - and nobody stands at the front and tries to force you to eat there; consequently it is always busy!
