The hotel was everything and much more than we had expected. Its position is perfect giving fabulous views of the surrounding area and the beach, sea with views to near by Turkey. We had no problem with the walk to our rooms only using the courtesy bus to bring our cases down on our last day. The whole complex is kept very clean and tidy, showing that they take a pride in the perception of their vistors, who we found seem to keep coming back tine after time. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in, 375, was beautiful, extremely spacious and kept lovely and clean with the cleaners changing towels etc everyday. Its bathroom is lovely with bath and shower and made a change to have a lovely hot and powerful shower over. It had a small sofa with cushions with matching drapes and bed throw, it was beautiful and modern with flat screen tv and patio door to balcony which was a great idea to put a tilt and turn version aswell as two side windows, patio table and two chairs. Our viiews were to die for looking down on the pool and a fantastic full large sea view looking across to Turkey.a real plus is the free air con anm it worked fab It was only a short 20min walk into Kardamena wihich I know people said it was to far but, we walked in and back every night, the roads are a little narrow with no pavement to speak of but, the traffic is not to busy. We ate at the hotel all but one night and we found the food to be very nice and plenty of choice, you would find it hard not to be able to get something that you liked even at the pool restaurant as the pool bar only sold toasted sandwiches of one choice. Overall the whole experience was wonderful. A brilliant job done by all members of the team. The animation four worked very hard everyday and managed to get a reasonable number of people engaged for each activity. We cannot comment on the entertainent in the evening, although they had something different each night and seemed to get the people interested but, we went into the town each night apart from the Greek night which was a fab night with dance, music and bbq we had a brill night. A beautiful hotel, very attentive staff and fab location what else could you wish for on your holiday a massive 10 out of 10 well done Aegean Village and thank you to the whole team for a wonderful brilliant stay and holiday.

Top Tip: One thing book a late checkout as soon as you check in on arrival so your name goes in the book and you stand a better chance of being able to get one as most of the flights back to the Uk dont leave till 21.15pm and checkout is noon. Bring a small LED torch with you to make your walk into the town a little easier to see the edge of the pavement as its a small drod off the road onto the beech. The price in the hotel is very reasonable to purchase water etc and saves you the walk into the town as you only save about a euro.
