Alexandra Beach Hotel

“ Had a good holiday staying at The Alexander Beach, all staff very helpful and nothing a problem

“ Top Tip: Only a handful of Tavernas close by but Nestoras on the beach road by far the best, having a good choice of dishes and good value for money. A forty minute stroll into Kos harbour area for more bars and restaurants.

“ First of all the hotel/appartments were fantastic. I could not believe some of the stuff I had seen on the review sites they must have been to a diffrent place. 3 adults shared a 1 bedroom self catering appartment with 2 beds in the bedroom and one bed in the kitchenette/lounge and it was plenty big eneough for the 3 of us. The kitchenette had a 2 ring hob, electric kettle,toaster,coffee maker and fridge with plenty of cuboard space for our groceries and all the utensils etc. The bathroom was fine witn lots of room and the standard bath/shower etc. The room was cleaned 12 out of the 14 days ( not Sundays ) with new towels and sheets etc. Breakfast was all you can eat continetal with cereal, Youguart, fruit, 3 meats, cheese, 6 breads, toaster, tomatoes, mellon, 5 spreads, tea coffee, iced water, juice plus other things. Very clean modern hotel with big full size pool which was well maintained and cleaned. Loved the place location and staff and would definatly go again. Fantastic place and holiday.

“ Top Tip: It is quite a walk from the hotel to the town centre about 20 minutes but well worth the effort.
Buses are every 10 minutes and lots of people hire bikes are there must be 10 miles of flat cycle ways in both directions. Would be ideal for wheelchairs in both the hotel and the walk to Kos town.
Take good walking shoes and enjoy the stroll in the warm greek night air to see the lively sites of Kos Town.
Very hot during the day so beware. Spend the 19 Euros and go to Turkey for the day anywhere from an hours ferry to 20 mins hovercraft type transport but all seems to be the same price. Exellent location give it a go, Geof Linda and Lisa..

“ The hotel was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very good and the breakfast was adequate, good for the price. The only points to note are that although it says double room there are no true double beds in the hotel, only two singles pushed together, and unless you book a superior room you have to pay extra for the air conditioning, but this is fairly cheap at 3 euros a day. Overall a very pleasant stay, and very good value for money.
