This is family-run city hotel with a cosy and friendly atmosphere. There are 58 rooms in total and facilities include a lobby with 2 lifts, 24-hour reception and check-out services, safe boxes (extra charge) and a currency exchange. Moreover, within the air-conditioned hotel guests may make use of the breakfast room, relax with a book in the lounge area or have a refreshing drink at the hotel's bar. Parking is available on site.The hotel is situated in the centre of Kos Town within easy reach of all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife of this lively resort. The sandy and shingle beach is 5-10 minutes' walk away. There is a bus station also about 5 minutes' walk away. Kos Island International Airport is approximately 24 km from the hotel.All rooms are newly refurbished and offer all common facilities. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The rooms are comfortable and have double glazing. Rooms are furnished with double beds and amenities also include a direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a safe and a fridge. All rooms have air conditioning, individually regulated heating and their own balcony or terrace.The sandy and shingle beach is a 5-10 minute walk away and parasols are available there. There is also a spa centre that is ideal for those who want to relax during their holidays.

This hotel is incredible value for money..near the centre of Kos Town handy for beaches tavernas and night life .The area is not wonderful but nowhere is away from the beaches and waterfront in Kos Town itself.Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful..aircon available at a small charge and safety deposit facilities.
Nice bar very reasonable prices...Ouzo 2 euros Amstel 2euros.
We spent 5 days there after 3 weeks hopping which was just enough for us in Kos Town before we flew home

Top Tip:
Twenty minutes pleasant stroll from the KTel bus station with services to the airport Kardamena Kefalos Mastichari etc..fares reasonable...eg airport 3.20 euros...taxi is 40euros plus.Taxi from hotel to bus station ...6 euros.
Amazing savings via Travel Republic..the substantial continental breakfast is advertised at 6 euros but that was inclded in the TR deal.

“ This hotel is clean, a minute walk away from the town centre, people who run the hotel are nice, bedsheets were changed daily, the beach is also very close but i wasn't going there. As it is a 2 star, accommodation it self is basic, but what do you expect for such a price?
