The Iris Hotel & Studios complex is a modern, colorful family relaxing hotel set on a hillside 300 meters from the traditional afandou village centre with variety of restaurants, bars, disco, night clubs, shops, super markets, and one kilometer from the famous Afandou beach. This three-floor hotel with stairs or elevator features 54 guestrooms furnished in a modern style and colored drapes. All extend to furnished balconies or terraces and include direct-dial phones, bathrooms with showers, and kitchenettes with cookers and refrigerators. Air-conditioning and fans available on request (surcharge).
“ I am very suprised at the guest who had to put a review of "1". I had no intention of commenting until this as I thought all the reviews resonably reflected my views. This is a very basic but incredibly clean hotel.

This is a family-friendly hotel, situated within a 18,000-square-metre property, which consists of 8 annexed buildings with a total of 70 apartments. All the buildings are surrounded by green meadows and gardens planted with various trees and flowers such as olive trees, palm trees and hibiscus bushes. The hotel provides air-conditioned common areas, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cafe, breakfast room and a restaurant, while it also offers wireless Internet access at an extra charge. Younger guests will enjoy the games room and the children's playground, while those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.

Enjoying an ideal central position close to local shops, bars and restaurants these simple but comfortable apartments are ideal for families, couples and groups looking for a peaceful environment in which to enjoy their holiday, but within walking distance of the resort centre and sandy beach which offers a range of water sport facilities. The hotel offers a bus service for guests to Rhodes Town for those looking to explore the sites and attractions this great city has to offer. There is a golf course within walking distance and the airport is approximately 30 minutes away. FACILITIES:Georgia Apartments facilities include: swimming pool, gardens, free sunbeds, childrens play area, bar, restaurant (08:00-24:00), weekly entertainment (Greek night, music by decade and Karaoke), excursion booking and car hire.

Golf View Hotel is located in the town of Afandou, on the east side of Rhodes island and it is 18 km from Rhodes Town. Just at the center of the most significant places of the island ( Rhodes Town, Lindos, Airport, Seven Springs, Faliraki, Kalithea etc) Golf View Hotel is built on a hill with a wonderful view of the sea and on the entrance of the town of Afandou and offers all the necessary facilities and comforts for relaxed vacations far from the noises of the city. The hotel has comfortable rooms, restaurant, children playground, billiard room, taverna, bar, swimming pool and tennis court. All rooms have a air condtioning (extra charge payable locally) balcony, telephone, radio and bathroom. Opposite the hotel there is an 18-hole golf course, one of the biggest in Greece, where you can try your skills in golf. You also may enjoy the island’s finest beach with it’s crystal clear water and a variety of water sports and there are free mini bus transfers from the hotel to the beach a few times a day.
“ This family hotel has gone down a little since I last stayed in it a couple of years ago, but still has a friendly atmosphere. The rooms have been redesigned with a kitchenette which is useful if self-catering.

Great value for money at this complex, making your family holiday even more affordable. Local Tips: Afandou town centre is 1 km, nearest golf course is 1 km, and Faliraki is 5 km away. Getting to the airport: The Airport is 23 km from the resort. FACILITIES: Food, drink and entertainment: Restaurant, bar (with satellite TV), and pool-side Taverna. Sport, games and activities: Swimming pool with sun terrace. For the kids: Children's swimming pool, a special “pets corners” - bird and animal garden (Noah's Ark).
