“ An excellent hotel with all requirements met for our families needs. Would of given this ten out of ten if beach was all sand and not part pebbles. Hotel was not immediatley near to any outside amenities such as alternative entertainment, but did have good cheap bus service to other areas if you wished to venture.

“ Quite a noisy place,so not suitable for those looking for somewhere quiet. For the all-inclusive deal the value was excellent. The evening shows were a massive hit with the kids,and always well attended by adults too.

“ An excellent hotel and value for money too! We didn't bother eating out as the food in the hotel was so good. Rooms were very clean as were the Hotel grounds. A nice quiet location too and on the beach.

“ Hotel very nice with all you need for a break in the sun. Local buses easy to use to take you to Lindos or Rhodes Town. Animation team very good with activities programme all day - optional and no hassle if you don't want to take part.

It is situated on a slope and has a long, gently sloping and natural pebble beach with shower and changing room facilities. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and features an elegant 24-hour reception with 180-degree-view lifts, as well as mini-markets, a jewellery shop, a hairdressing salon, a theatre with a capacity of up to 300 people, a disco, a children's playground and a kids' club. The hotel is situated on a small hill, offering excellent views out over the sea and the pine forest. It comprises a total of 147 double and superior rooms, in addition to a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, and lift access. Culinary options include the wonderful Main Sunset restaurant, where guests will enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes. It is also possible to make use of the Diogenis Beach snack restaurant. Further facilities available include a currency exchange facility, both car and motorcycle hire, a supermarket, a kids club where younger guests may let off steam, a laundry service (charges apply), and parking for those arriving by car.

The Mitsis Rodos Maris / Village Hotels in Kiotari are part of the well known Mitsis All Inclusive hotel group. These impressive hotels are situated on the island’s southern shoreline. The Maris is on the beach and the Village is just across the road and linked via a small bridge. A short drive away is fabulous Prasonissi beach on the very tip of Rhodes and a 10-15 minute drive in the other direction will bring you to the villages of Pefkos and ancient Lindos. The airport and Rhodes Town are a 45-50 minute drive. Guests will be allocated rooms in either hotel on arrival. Please note the hotel may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties as it is built on a hillside and features many steps inside the complex.
