This brand new and totally renovated 2+* city hotel is located at the most central point of Rhodes Town. Just few meters from Academia Square and on a stone’s throw from Psaropoula bay. The renovation will be completed during winter 10/11and Pavlidis Residence will welcome its guests as from April 2011.Address: 28th October Str 15, 85100 Rhodes, Greece

“ Very nice renovated building to modern design hotel, rooms are rather small (I think, they have original dimensions of 2 star hotel) but also nice decorated in minimalist design, clean, comfortable bed, only washbasin is very small. Very frienly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, similar to 4 star hotels - great value. Most of rooms are quiet - both rooms with pool view and rooms with side view (I had standard room with side view). I am not sure about rooms with street view. Very recommendable middle class hotel for exploring the town of Rhodos.

“ Top Tip: Close to the hotel very nice café in an old house with garden. Many restaurants.
