This modern hotel complex consists of apartments, beach-front studios, junior suites, executive suites and one luxury presidential suite. It has 249 rooms in total spread over 2 floors. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facility, lift access, café, mini-supermarket, as well as room and laundry services (the former subject to fees). There are 2 restaurants and 4 bars available to guests on all-inclusive stays. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.
Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground and kids' club.The hotel enjoys a superb beach-side location, in Iallisos, some 8 km from the town of Rhodes, in the northwest part of the island. Keeping the name of the ancient town/hamlet which flourished there at the end of the 5th century BC, Iallisos is the perfect starting point for a tour around the island. Characteristic of this region are the beautiful neoclassical houses with palm trees in the central avenue. The region is of important archaeological interest as it has been inhabited since prehistoric times.
In Trianta village the remains of a Minoic settlement have been discovered. The ancient town of Iallisos, one of the 3 biggest ancient towns in the island, extends around Filerimos hill, where the acropolis with its monuments from the archaic, Byzantine and knightly periods can be found. Iallisos beach is distinguished by its natural beauty, the clarity of its waters, as well as the cosmopolitan living and the options offered to visitors there. Restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity.The standard room features double beds, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, kitchen with fridge and cooker, desk, dial-up Internet access, air conditioning, heating, a balcony and a view of the sea and the mountains.The hotel offers a unique blend of relaxation and sporting activities including a modern windsurfing station, water skiing, jet skiing, diving, and surfing (all subject to fees). There is also a cutting edge Thalasso Spa Therapy Centre.
5 swimming pools (indoor, outdoor and children's) with sun loungers and parasols, a hot tub, sauna, steam room (subject to fees) and spa treatments (subject to fees) are all offered. Horse riding, table tennis and aerobics are also available (subject to fees). Tennis courts, gym facilities, beach volleyball, mini golf, as well as activity programmes for both young and old are all offered free of charge. “ No evening entertainment for families with children, so used local facillities of the evenings for entertainment which there are some fab bars locally. The stone baked pizza facililities were amazing, and ran 6 days a week
“ Top Tip: The Yorkshire karaoke bar serves brill food and wicked entertainment. And Alkionis sports bar is brill to and has lovely friendly staff.

GOOD....
TRAVEL REPUBLIC AS ALL WENT WELL FROM START TO FINISH.GOOD JOB.ANIMATION TEAM GOOD ESPECIALLY THE FIRE EATER CHAP/DJ. ROOMS KEPT CLEAN. HOTEL WAS OF A GOODISH STANDARD.POOLS EXCELLENT.POOLSIDE BAR "PETRO" BARMAN WAS STRICT BUT VERY GOOD.
DOWNSIDE.
THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE NOT PARTICULAR GOOD -REQUIRE TRAINING IN MANNERS,AND HOW TO APPROACH PEOPLE.
THE RESTAURANT DID NOT KEEP UP WITH THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN ,AS REGARDS THE PLATES ,CUPS AND KNIVES AND FORKS-- THEY KEPT RUNNING SHORT-SUGGEST THEY STAGGER MEALTIMES ON ROOM NUMBERS-ONLY ONE SIX SLICE TOASTER CAUSING MAYHEM AT BREAKFAST TIME.
OVERALL A VERY ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY DESPITE THE SMALL UPSETS.

“ We had a fabulous, sundrenched holiday and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was spotless, well managed and there was never any cause for complaint. The location was great but you might want to warn other holiday makers that planes fly low over the hotel regularly but you do get used to it. The location was perfect for access to Rhodes town and great for wind surfing. We also hired a car and went to Lindos for a day. Here you will find the most gorgeous sandy beach and some beautiful views. 9/10

Top Tip:
A Taxi from the airport was 11 euros. A bus into Rhodes was 2 euros, a taxi 10 euros.

“ We went with trepidation having read disturbing reports of 'The Forum Beach Hotel'. Please be reasured the hotel was modern,clean and well maintained, situated on the beach, good food all day ! Absolutely fantastic staff, 'they really made the holiday complete', oh and the sea was warm and welcoming. Thankyou to Nico,George, Marie and all the hard working staff we'll miss you.
