“ on a negative note the hotel was tierd and not 4 star as advertised the beach was not that close and not in an attractive area.
on a positive note the staff were very friendly and worked very hard with a smile on there faces and the animation team were excellent and kept the children happy (we were an older couple and not much to do for us) as no pubs. bars restaurant shops or hidden beaches close buy.

“ Just north of the centre of Faliraki gives you a choice of either a nice holiday around the pool or the nightlife of Faliraki, or both. The Sun Palace was one of the best holiday hotels I've stayed in, with the food and drink of good quality and quantity. Rooms were cleaned daily, dining room and the rest of the hotel were spotless and the huge pool area well maintained. The Animation Team worked tirelessly, especially in the evening for the after dinner entertainment. It rained a couple of days which would dampen any holiday but the Team just moved inside and kept it all going. The staff seemed happy to see us and we in return were happy with them. I had one problem whilst I was there, which was no of the hotels making, but they assisted me and I appreciated it. (Thanks to the lady on the evening reception desk)

“ Top Tip: Although the food is good at the hotel I always make a point of eating out at least once a week and I found an absolutely stunning Chinese restaurant in Faliraki. The Golden Wok serves fabulous (and plentiful) food, the staff were lovely; they didn't rush you - you could take your time to enjoy the food, and when the bill came I was really pleasantly surprised. If you like Chinese food you'll love the Golden Wok.
