The hotel itself was great. Rooms cleaned everyday. The pool areas again were good. The restaurant could get quite busy but it is a large hotel catring for a large number of people. There was a good choice of food each day.
Staff were always helpful and friendly.
The pool bar could do with a bit more attention to clearing plastic glasses, cleaning tables etc and for more staff to be available to serve and to keep cleaner.
The bar in the hotel could also do with more staff on in busier times.
All in all I would recomend this hotel based on its rating and value for money.

Overall impression of the hotel is dated, especially from the main road.
Rooms basic but very clean - major downside NO AIRCON which was very poor.
Resturant:
1) Selection of food very good, plenty of choice both hot and cold
2) Staff very good
3) Ice Cream section was set out very poorly and you literally had to fight to get any!
4) Far too many people in the dining room which resulted in big queue's for food. (Hate to experience this in peak season)
5) Dining period only 2 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner (hence the queues?)
Pool area;
1) not much room to sunbath or get beds, again would hate to experience this in peak season!
2) - Refreshments around the pool very poor. Only one person serving drinks so it took upto 20 minutes to get served.
3) - Snacks at the pool were disgusting, i wouldnt have given any of these to my dog!
4) - Used/dirty plates with uneaten food left on tables for hours. Empty cups/glasses everywhere. Cleanliness was terrible around the pool which resulted in loads and loads of flies and wasps - horrible!

“ Hotel is a Greek 4* needs improving on bar service major queues most of the time maybe a self service beer and wine area may help, outside decor and a better hotel guide/map and entertainment program needed. Week we stayed was full of mainly multi-nationality mature people. Hotel rooms adequate although we had to wait for our room to be ready even though it was after 3pm, if you book an in building room it could be in the annexe next door nice enough though. Hotel reception is great to help with any problems you may have. Area nearby is very quiet ideal if you don't intend to leave hotel. Food plenty of choice waiting staff vary either very quick to clear away or not bothering to help you.

Top Tip:
visit sebastians bar in nearby village very good service and reasonably priced drinks.
book trips through Manos excursion company just down road very reasonable and cheaper than through reps at hotel.
Yannis's bar below hotel is good if only for a change from hotel.
If bus is full and wont stop going into Rhodes town and there is 4 people waiting, go to taxi rank just up road where you can taxi for about 8 euros bus was 1.60 although fairs maybe going up soon.

This wasn't my first choice of hotel but the one I wanted delayed their opening date and I picked this hotel the day before we went.
For what we paid, it was brilliant. The photos that are on this website of the rooms are nowhere close to what they were like - the photos are very dated and look 1970's. The room we stayed in was very modern and spacious extremely clean and we have no complaints whatsoever about the rooms.
The food was really good too, they catered for everyone and on most occasions (lunch and dinner) there was just too much choice if I'm totally honest.
The only criticism would be the lack of entertainment in the evenings, maybe it's because their season hadn't really started but it certainly didn't spoil things for us. The main pool was really cold and it took us 3 days to brave it but it was very clean, could do with having steps at both sides of it and not just at one side.
