“ The hotel is suitable for older people if they are fit enough to manage the stairs as there is no lift. Other than that hotel and staff were very good.8.8 Excellent

“ The Nathalie is a very friendly family run hotel in a lovely location. The staff seem to be very happily employed there, and interact well with each other as well as the holiday makers! Everything about our week's stay there was perfect.9.9 Exceptional

“ Only stayed for first night of holiday. Air con drain ran onto balcony, wardrobe handle came off when trying to open, tap handle came off when turning on, could not turn shower off, given room next to stairs got about 1hour sleep due to noise. Requested different room but none available so had no choice but to leave hotel and find alternative accommodation.
“ Top Tip: Phillips Bar.

“ This hotel was very clean and the staff very welcoming. Although the room was basic it was all we needed for our holiday. The beach about 500m away is pebble but the breeze and the surf were great.
“ Top Tip: Explore the less busy alleyways in Rhodes Old Town. Buy some of those surf shoes for the pebbly beach.
Martin from Sheffield
This is a quiet hotel and although the pool area is small we were always able to get a sun bed. The food was ok, not amazing, but we had no reason to complain. There are plenty of restaurants on the road heading towards Rhodes town, we found the FBI, a restaurant popular with Brits, to be good food at reasonable prices and the waiters were always very friendly without being obtrusive.
There is no entertainment in Ixia, but this can be found in Rhodes Town which cost 2.20 euro's by bus or anything between 8 and 12 euros by taxi.
The Nathalie staff were always very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with an excursion booking and the lady on reception went beyond the call of duty to sort it out for us.
The hotel is generally very clean and rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily.
On the down side, there is no lift so those with mobility problems might find the stairs challenging.

“ Top Tip: plenty of pubs and tavernas in walking distance, down road through pink mall you can sit right on the sea for the price of a beer.
