“ hotel is in a beautiful setting.very.well kept gardens with fantastic sea views. rooms are very clean but quite basic. huge choice of swimming pools(around 10 shared with sister hotel which is adjoining) buffet style restaurants provide a huge variety of excellent food(exceptional salads & desserts) most staff were very helpful with good english. onsite shop was very good for gifts & essentials with further 3 within complex. all inclusive was very good(any branded drinks available, not just local brands, help yourself to chilled bottled water & clean beach towel service as well as clean room towels every day. very much a family hotel with good facilities for younger ones. local excursions were easy to book(& cheaper sometimes done indepently) as sometimes tricky to find a travel agent rep, although plenty of literature available. couldn't manage to book a game of tennis(4 courts for both hotels)as staff seemed vague about process & although we booked it didnt work out for various reasons.this was our only real disappointment though. my grown up sons,11 year old daughter & myself had a wonderful stay in what can really be described as " paradise"
“ Top Tip: A visit to Kallithea Springs is well worth a look(via novelty mini road train which comes to hotel. but admission fee & sunbeds not included in price)

The hotel was excellent until the final day. There was a taxi strike and the hotel said there was nothing we could do when we asked for help to get to the airport.
we had to hire a car for 60 euros. They were very obnoxious.I was dissappointed as this was supossed to be a 5* hotel. They didn't care about their custommers once they'd had their money.
“ Top Tip: Never met a ruder race of people than Russians,rude/noisey/arrogant/cue jumpers.Unfortunately the hotel is full of them.

“ Nice hotel, though a little 'tired' in our part. Pretty much all problems we had with our room were resolved very quickly, albeit there was not much they could do about the open plan marble(?) stairs immediately above and outside the room so it did get noisy when people returned from their evening drinks, etc late in the evenings. All areas were kept clean and tidy and there was a good selection of food and places to eat/drink.

“
We were returning guests and after our first visit had wanted to take our Children and Grandchildren there.
This time we did manage to afford to take our to eldest Grandchildren & our Daughter-in-Law.
To say they were blown away was putting it mildly, my granddaughter did not want to come home.
The staff and aninmation team are brilliant, we are looking to go again next year.
“
Top Tip:
We stayed on the hotel complex, but they have a French, Italian, Greek & Chinese restaurants that you can book all part of the AI
You get tokens when you check in so you can if you are staying a week book 2 of the above.
The main dining room is also very well run with plenty of choice.
