Pefkos Garden Hotel

“ Our room was very basic and unclean on arrival.

The food was not good for kids and we could only eat the salad as I would not of eaten the meat dishes due to it's presentation. the all inclusive option was not what i would of expected from all inclusive. The watered down drinks were poured with a grudge by the staff and the afternnon snacks were only provided after they asked the question did you go for lunch. If you answered yes then they refused you a snack.

The atitude of the staff was bordering on aggressive and very often they would refuse you a drink unless you collected or returned your glass.

There is a dog on sight which is the owners and he was calm one min then aggressive the next. Not great when you have a child. it just should not of been there.

Passports were left at reception unattended and it would of been easy for someone to take them.

Please pay a little extra for you accomodation as you WILL be disappointented.

We trravelled with a a child and would never return.

“ My friend and I have just returned from this hotel 6/6/13 we had a great time this is our 4 th time here and would recommend this as a a friendly place where everyone mixes well the staff are attentive and friendly. Food is average but for the price you can always eat out although there is always something you can have.
Manager Barbra is very nice if you take the time to get to know her and kristos who runs the bar is also very friendly. We always get a warm welcome and the people we met there all said the same. This hotel sometimes get unfair reviews we feel for the money you pay it's a great place and can't wait to return in September . If looking for 4/5 star then you would pay a lot more .

“ Top Tip: All amenities are close at hand. Philosophea for a Special meal. Angels pool Bar. Fuse for a good english breakfast 2.99 euro and glass bottom boat trip to lindos.

“ We found the Pefkos Garden to be an average,basic no frills hotel that mainly catered for the Italien and Eastern European cheap all-inclusive market. The public areas were kept very smart but the rooms were very basic although clean and in the Greek fashion as we expected. Towels and linen changed regularly.Staff that we encountered were professional,helpful and pleasant. We were booked on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was basic three star fare, providing both hot and cold selections that except for daily alternating baked beans and frankfurter sausages was of a constant acceptable quality. The hotel rooms do need to be updated but the price paid was very reasonable. The hotel was completely booked out during our stay and beyond.

“ Top Tip: The best Greek taverna restaraunt in Pefkos is the Anixis. It is family run,provides a fantastic selection of Greek and other dishes cooked to the highest quality. Standard of service is exceptional. An extremely pleasant,traditional Greek dining experience. We went back time and time again during the week but it is best to go early to capture a table. Price is also very reasonable.
