“ reception not 24 hrs as stated, arrived at 0530 and had to wake proprietor and his wife whom both could not speak english, and seemed irritated.
room was supposed to be side sea view but was mountain view.
clean and tidy, pleasant housekeeping staff.

“ Top Tip: generally good bars and restaurants in pefkos , nice place.

“ The hotel was great and the rooms were cleaned every day except sundays. Teh minimarket that was attached was not the cheapest and we shopped in town for bread and fruit and salad. Some great Tavernas to eat out at night Georges, Tsambikos, and Nikolaswere the best. I suggest a car because the hill on which the hotal sits is called 'cardiac hill'. we drove down and parked each night and walked to a large choice of Tavernas, then drove back up the hill. Although there are taxis they do strike very regularly so you could be stuck. The hotel was not easy to find and a decent map would be better if provided especially as we arrived at 10:30 pm with our car. Trips were great. We did the South Island trip and the Rhodes old town and a glass bottom boat to Lindos. very enjoyable holiday. thanQ

“ Very clean, quiet hotel with beautiful views from our balcony. Rooms spacious in our apartment. Pool bar and cafe very reasonably priced . Quality of food good. Swimming pool big and quite deep. Childrens pool very small. Hotel about 20 minutes walk from town down a steep road. This was no problem, but always caught a taxi back to the hotel which cost 5 euros. Too steep and far to walk back with a pushchair but would be fine for the fit adults or children. Did not see any entertainment in the 4 days we stayed.

“ Top Tip: Short cut to town down a rocky footpath can be found to the right of the hotel. Our children managed to walk this down. More interesting and quicker than walking down the road.

“ if you are not very mobile this hotel not for you, if you have plenty of money for taxis no problem,hotel top of hill unlit road or short cut up mule trail, nice pool, friendly staff,basic room,what you expect in greece,a/con+safe hire 75 euros for 1 week.
