We actually stayed at Fanari Villas in a cave house and I can say that it far exceeded our expectations!
We had a wonderful terrace overlooking Amoudi Bay and enjoyed the most perfect location for the sunset. While people where coming from all the islands trying to get a seat a terrace of a cocktail bar we were able to enjoy it at the terrace with a good bottle of wine.
The staff at Fanari are all very nice and try to make your stay as memorable as possible.
As pointed out by some people, the swimming pool is small but hardly anybody swim there so it is prefect for a romantic swim. You can also have free access to the Lioyerma Lounge Swimming Pool next door which is a great place for a lazy afternoon with lounge music and fresh juices.

Top Tip:
Hire a private boat to go swimming in the hot springs - we were all alone for 2 hours on the boat and the only ones in the water by the volcano (can get really crowded if you go with a tour) and could enjoy the sunset while sailing back to Amoudi Bay
Sunset Taverna at Amoudi Bay - the Lobster spaghetti can seem a bit pricey at first but worth every penny
