“ Lovely family hotel run by Miltos, Costas and their Mum. spotlessly clean rooms and pool. Bedding and towels changed every three days. Plenty of beds by the pool, the only downside being that it is near the main road, however this means that it is only a few yards to bus stop 13 which gets you into Skiatos town or any where else on the island for 1.

“ We really liked it here because it was small, pretty, quiet and extremely well run by Miltos and his family. We were able to get to wherever we wanted to go - the beach, tavernas, walks, supermarket - really easily (Bus Stop 13 so 1/2 way between Skiathos town and Koukounaries).

This villa complex of studios and apartments is situated very close to the town centre and just a few kilometres from the port of Skiathos. The hotel is a perfect starting point to discover the island's beauty; it is only a few kilometres away from the Koukounaries region. The nearest bus stop is just a few metres away from the hotel premises which can take guests to some of the islands best beaches, including Vromolimnos, Kolios, Kalamaki. Also various traditional taverns can be found in the villa's immediate proximity.

Plenty of beds by the pool, the only downside being that it is near the main road, however this means that it is only a few yards to bus stop 13 which gets you into Skiatos town or any where else on the island for 1.60 euros. Two super beaches within easy 10 min walk and further two over the Kalamaki peninsula where there are lovely walks and super views. Two tavernas across the road, one next door to the supermarket up a steep road (The Hermes absolutely brilliant food at reasonable prices) and several others not too far away.
“ Top Tip: I would recommend ;Nostos beach is lovely with sunbeds and taverna right on the beach and usually has a nice breeze. You can also get the taxi boat from here to Skiathos town. Kolios beach is also lovely with a beach bar in a very sheltered bay - the sea is crystal clear and lots of little fish round your feet!

“ Well run, very clean comfortable apartments. Lovely pool area and welcoming and helpful owners. The Apartments are set near the main road, which is not a problem and has a small supermarket right next door. The nearest bus stop is 13, which is half way along the bus route. The apartments were cleaned daily with towels and bedding changed regularly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are 5 good beaches within wallking distance.
“ Top Tip: Watch the sunset at vromolimnos beach, which is a 10 minute walk. There is an excellent restaurant across the road - Taverna Stathis Agge-Lia, with Johnnys on the way to Kanapitsa beach, which is 5 minutes walk.

It was on the quiet side which is why we wouldn't recommend it 100% for families/children, but that's also one of the reasons why we liked it.
We thought the accommodation was good and certainly clean. We had a 1-bedroom apartment and it had a little kitchen area (with toaster/kettle/pots and pans, cutlery/dishes etc), and balcony that was great for breakfasts and afternoon drinks. We paid for air conditioning which was effective and reasonably priced. We were also able to squeeze a 3rd person in for our 2nd week.
Pool and bar area is just PERFECT! and we'd definitely go again.

Top Tip:
Johnny's is close by (Bus Stop 12/short walk) and authentic food.
Right opposite Villa Miltos is a taverna which we had breakfast and lunch in towards the end of the holiday and wished we'd found it earlier: Villa Pappas. Right next door to that was a taverna called Stathis which was also authentic and well presented food.
We know Skiathos pretty well and always go to The Windmill in town, but we also like Muses by Bus Stop 25 at the other end of the road.
We always pay The Palace Hotel a visit to use their GORGEOUS pool with a view to kill for along Koukounaries beach (Bus Stop 22). We always have lunch there which is very reasonably priced and you dont' have to pay for an umbrella/beds.
Always go on a sailing trip to benefit from the beautiful sea. We always go with Captain George and Dinah on Argo III which you'll find towards the bus terminal end of the port in Skiathos town. Fantastic day out - well worth the 60EU each we paid.

Miltos welcomed us on arrival & showed us to a most beautiful room. As it was a self catering room the kitchen equipment was clean & adequate. The room was cleaned on a daily basis with towels & bed linen changed twice weekly.
The pool area was well equipped with loungers & the pool was very clear.
There is a supermarket next door witch stocks all things needed.

“ Arriving at the accomodation we were pleased with the welcome from Miltos and the room was nice, fresh and very clean. During our stay Miltos and his family were very helpful, pleasant and enjoyed Miltos's company. He made us very welcome and would recommend it to anyone. The cleaner worked non stop for the whole 2 weeks, clean sheets and towels and balcony evey day, she was remarkable and friendly.
“ Top Tip: We hired a car, but without the car we did like the Vromolos beach at the far end away from the ball games and noise, but very nice and quiet and the other end of the beach. Great sand and water.
