Plessas Studios are located in a quiet area of the popular cosmopolitan resort of Tsilivi. This resort is fantastic for all ages and has some good traditional tavernas, various shops, bars and much more. The friendly owners Angela and Dennis have years of experience and many repeat customers that return year after year. They will be happy to help or assist you with anything you may need while staying at their studios from hiring a car to information about the island.
Accomodation
Plessas Studios comprises of 12 Studios suitable for 2 adults and 1 child, on the first and second floor. All studios are furnished with two single beds, but can also accommodate an extra bed for a child if necessary. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge, cooking facilities and all utensils; bathroom with shower, air-condition, safety deposit box and private furnished balcony with views over the surrounding area.

The facilities and feature a at the studios are basic but there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus nearby are a choice of three swimming pools which guests are welcome to use.

Location
The Plessas Studios are situated in the small lovely village of Tsilivi; in a quiet and relaxing area, surrounded by lush green scenic countryside. The resort has something for all ages and a superb sandy beach that is continually awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness.
The resort centre is just a short walk away and to reach the beach is a 10 minute stroll. Another useful point of Tsilivi is that it's close to the capital city of the island - Zakynthos Town, for those interested in exploring the history or sights of the island or may visiting one of the many quality restaurants for an evening out.

Our stay in Plessas studios was just perfect as the location was great and the couple who run the studios couldn't do enough for us. The studios are basic, but clean tidy and perfectly located for those that enjoy the peace and quiet and those that if they travel half a mile, then the busy fun bars are available.
Basically if you are looking for a great holiday on a reasonable budget and are not expecting the finer things in life then I would completely recommend the Plessas studios and enjoy Tsilivi as we did.
“ Top Tip: Couldn't fault the endless supply of restaurants, cafes and wonderful bakery that stays open from 7am till 1am. Great use of the pool at the Chillout just across from the studios.

“ We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now & love it. Dennis, Angela & their children are so welcoming, friendly & helpful - they treat you as their personal guests and nothing is too much trouble. Whilst they live on site they are not intrusive but can easily be contacted should the need arise.
“ Top Tip: We spent much of our time by the pool at Paradise Bar, no problem getting beds or finding shade if needed. The staff there were friendly & entertaining both day & night.

Angela and Dennis are lovely people and they keep the apartments spotless.The towels were changed everyday and my sheets were changed at least twicw a week. On my arrivai in Tsilivi at 6.00am Dennis was waiting at the door to welcome me. I had a great time at the Plessas and would recommend it to my
friends.
“ Top Tip: Lots Of great restaurants close by but my favourite was the new one thats has opened in the Princess Hotel at night and Nostos which is about 50 yards from The Plessas. The other restaurant that was reaaly good was Georgios.

“ Top Tip: There was everything on the door step, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian and Greek restaurants. Also pleanty off hotels who swimming pools you could use.
