The hotel is located in the popular family resort of Tsilivi, 4km due north of Zakynthos town. All rooms are spacious and decorated in a modern fashion, they are fresh and breezy with balconies overlooking the surrounding area. It is a cluster of 2 storey maisonette style buildings in the popular ochre earth colour scheme of the Ionian, there is also a separate area where the self catering studios and the more exclusive villas are located within the same complex. Plessas Studios are located in a quiet area of the popular cosmopolitan resort of Tsilivi. This resort is fantastic for all ages and has some good traditional tavernas, various shops, bars and much more. The friendly owners Angela and Dennis have years of experience and many repeat customers that return year after year. They will be happy to help or assist you with anything you may need while staying at their studios from hiring a car to information about the island.

Amongst the hotel facilities and services is a pool bar, a mini gym, satellite TV, pool table, safety deposit boxes, foreign exchange, air condition, a laundry service and lift and parking. You can also do your shopping from the souvenir shop or the jewellery shop.

We are a small family run apartment complex with swimming pool and snackbar in the heart of Tsilivi, set in beautiful Olive groves overlooking the Ionion Sea, we are 5 minutes walk from the European blue flagged beach and two minutes walk from all the shops bars and taverna's. All rooms are equipped with cooking facilities, kettle(tea & Coffee making facs), fridge, toaster, tv's with dvd players, bathrooms with sh & wc. All rooms have air conditioning and there is a charge of 5 Euros per night if required paid direct to hotel. The family apartments have a charge of 10 Euros per night as there is two air con units in the apartment
“ Had great stay at Seaview 3-12th september. really make you feel welcome sheets and towels changed every 3 days pretty unusual for self catering. The whole complex is kept really clean and tidy by the hard working and friendly maid who does a grand job.
