The family-run Aphrodite Apartments offer 40 attractive rooms and studios contained in several buildings set amongst colourful gardens and hosting a sparkling pool with sun terrace. An affordable B&B service is complemented by great snack bar facilities for light lunches and refreshments all day by the pool, an equipped in-room kitchenette, and guests can enjoy BBQ nights and big screen sports. The Aphrodite Apartments are all about enjoying friendly Greek hospitality in value for money accommodation on the lovely Greek Island of Zante.
Getting to the hotel: 3km to Zante International Airport.
Local tips: The cosmopolitan centre of Laganas is only 500m away with plenty of restaurants, tavernas and bars - the nearest only 50m; Zante town is 5km with a range of entertainment and shopping attractions.
Room Facilities:
The Aphrodite Apartments features several blocks consisting of 40 Apartments situated around a large swimming-pool and set in beautiful landscaped gardens. All rooms have either double or twin beds suitable for 2-3 persons (an extra bed can be provided), kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge, shower/WC and furnished balconies which over look the swimming-pool. All rooms are air-conditioned (extra charge).

“ i selected this accomodation because i have stayed there previously and the owner and his family epitomise the warmth of typical greek people they cannot do enough for you and are a credit to the small hotel proffession ,as well as this it is in a nice quiet location away from the centre of the resort that seems to attract the sort of sub human behaviour of the young morons that seem to think that the sole reason to be there is to decimate their liver and drag the good name of normal english people into the mire , the food is good the service is good and the facilities are good i would reccomend this accomodation to anybody apart from the elderly due to the distance from the beach and the fact that the taxis are now so expensive that they are in effect biting the hands that fed them
“ Top Tip: jimmys restaurant 100 yards away is all in all the best greek restaurant i have ever eaten in !!!! i ate there 6 days out of seven and his specials were beautiful

Hotel and management nice, decent pool and met cool people.
a bit further from the main strip (clubs and bars) ... about 25-30minute walk ... 5mins in a taxi which you can get easily across the road (6 euros).
no hotels in Zante let you take girls back, or go bak to girls...gutted! (no reflection on this hotel as same in all!)
“ Top Tip: Tex Mex, which is down a road when you turn left at the go carts (about 15mins walk towards the strip from the hotel) ... 16euros starter, main course and all u can drink during the meal! also Boca BBQ about 2 restaurants down, is the same...but even better food!

“ Great family run hotel. Dennis the barman was so helpful and welcoming. Ignore the bad comments. This hotel is clean, pool is fab, food good, staff great and we had a brilliant holiday :-) met some great people and chilled out in the sun :-) will definitely go back to the village.

This hotel has a good location on the road from Kalamaki in to Laganas, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the lively town and beach. Many bars, tavernas, restaurants, clubs and shops are nearby. The airport and main town of Zakynthos are a 10-15 minute drive away. Rooms are basic but well kept and medium in size. All have air conditioning which is payable direct to the hotel. This is a lowrise white building in traditional style with the swimming pool out the front. This property offers great value for money and has fairly good facilities. A friendly and efficient service is offered at all times. (09/08 EP) © Donvand Limited 2012
“ The hotel was nice and comfortable, just in front of the bus stop to Zante, my room was nice in the first floor with balcony and clean, staff kind and helpful, good size swimming pool. The only prob for family could be a bar which is open till late with high volume music so difficult to sleep.

The Meridien Beach is an attractive property in a great beachfront location in the centre of Argassi. The property is family run and has a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. These apartments will appeal to couples and families looking for a simple, friendly, family run property next to the beach in a central location.
“ Overall this hotel was good. Due to the time of year we went it was very quiet with not much going on in the hotel itself but it may be a completely different story during the busier months. The hotel was very clean and close to everything you need.

The Sunflower Apartments are located in Laganas, a quiet area of the famous greek island Zakynthos. They are located in the countryside, and it is not far away from the centre of Laganas and its beautiful beach. The peaceful setting is ideal for families and couples who want a resort in order to relax and also amuse themselves.
“ Sunflower was a great hotel, about 4 minutes walk from the main strip but it was all very tranquil around the hotel, the staff were very friendly and after a little confusion with the room (they put us in a twin when we had booked a double) they moved us around and we were very happy.
