The hotel has a roof garden bar with panoramic views of Lagana Bay (open in the high season), an indoor cocktail bar and lounge area with satellite TV and video and a games area. There is a restaurant on the premises. The reception desk assists guests with its currency exchange service, secretarial services (business centre), excursion information and bookings, car rental services, medical assistance if needed, baby-sitting on request, laundry valet and hairdresser on request. There is easy access to all public areas for those guests with mobility problems and larger rooms for easy wheelchair mobility are available.The hotel has a fantastic location right on the beachfront and just outside the busy resort of Laganas on the picturesque island of Zakynthos. It is the ideal base for a holiday, with the famous beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Laganas on hand. The hotel is the perfect choice for couples and families.The hotel offers twin or double rooms for two to four guests. These spacious rooms have modern furnishings, and come complete with a direct dial phone, satellite TV and individually remote controlled air-conditioning. Each room has a private bathroom with bath and WC as well as a balcony with side sea views.There is an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar at the hotel. Table tennis, volleyball, billiards, darts, minigolf, water polo and boules are also available. The hotel organises a daily activities programme in English, with daytime and evening activities on offer. The evening entertainment includes Greek folk nights, and music nights with live bands feature on occasion.From the port of Zakynthos town or from the airport just drive south following the signs towards Laganas.

Hotel is in a great spot-right on the beach. It is far enough away from the centre of Laganas to be relatively peaceful. We found the food to be good and varied with something for everyone. The rooms were clean and tidy.
The pool bar is a great spot to sit and relax in the evening but the opening hours of the main bar are unpredictable to say the least. Beer was ok (Lowenbrau).
Sunbeds on the beach are charged 4 euros a day which wasn't too bad - a pity about the many hawkers working the beach trying to sell cheap watches,dodgy dvd's etc.
All in all we had a very enjoyable time at the Galaxy and wished we had booked for a fortnight.
“ Top Tip: We enjoyed walking up "turtle" beach and one morning, along with a crowd of others we watched a newly hatched turtle labouring across the beach trying to reach the sea. After a few setbacks it made it to the cheers of everyone. Priceless!

“ The only fault that i can point out was the wooden flooring that went round the swimming pool area which was in very bad condition , also lack of entertainment in the evening.
“ Top Tip: Food was excellent in the hotel so no need to go out anywhere to eat - All inclusive
