“ Good hotel overall except staff very unfriendly. They were not very helpful with accomodation issues like no water bottles in room, mixed room nos. all facilities very scattered and had to walk a lot from one place to another. Very basic breakfast. Toilets dirty.

The management and staff welcome you to The Kings Arms,currently offering 13 well appointed rooms, all of which are en-suite. This charming 300 year old coaching inn is, in fact, one of the newest additions to the Arkell's stable.
“ My room was at the back of the building, above the beer Garden, therefore it was very noisey until about 2 AM. The single bed can only be described as a padded plank, very narrow. The staff were unfriendly and if you want to be on the road for 8AM you better bring a sandwich because you won't be getting breakfast. This treat cost me £50.00.
