“ Stayed here for one night on the 10/11/11. Lobby is nice but the room was very tired. Carpet was stained, loo was dirty, hair in the sink and no bath. The shower curtain was far to big and kept sticking to you.

“ The hotel was adequate for our one night stay, rooms were very nice. However there was building work being carried out opposite the hotel which should not have carried on through the night but it did and was very noisy.

“ They couldn't find my booking confirmation and even after showing them my email confirmation, it still took them 2 hours to allow us to check into our room. Room was of a good standard but annoyed that we could not stay for an extra 2 hours considering we were not allowed in our room, which was already paid for
