“ The reason I have ticked NO for suitable for older people is that the lift wasn't working and I have limited mobility. Having to climb to the third floor was quite an effort on my part. I don't know how long the lift had been out of order but my daughter visited the hotel a week before we arrived there and the lift was out of order at that time also.
