“ Top Tip: Caruso restaurant just on the corner is well worth a visit. Take warm clothes.

“ Excellent location. Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed, heating and double glazing very effective. Some minor problems in room, for example broken towel rail and no bath plug. Good choice of food at breakfast. Overall very good value for money.
“ Top Tip: National Museum of Iceland is well worth a visit.

This is a modern hotel, comfortably furnished and well situated in the centre of all the walking distance attractions and destinations of Reyjavik. The rooms are comfortable with large - LARGE - showers rooms and the breakfast is well worth getting up for.
One point to make which made an impact: because of the central location and its immediate vicinity to nightlife, there is footfall passed the hotel from late night revellers which disturbed our sleep on one of our nights' stay.
The receptionist is superb ! If all hotels had staff like her, we'd never have cause to complain about anything ever again !!!
“ Top Tip: Take a hat if you plan to go to the Blue Lagoon. You'll be hot/warm - you're head won't !
