Welcoming and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Well appointed, and garden is a bonus.
Buffet breakfast adequate, and well replenished.
Standard room had a compact shower room, but bedroom area reasonable size.
Good location 20 mins walk from centre.

Top Tip:
Tratoria just opposite was very lively on Saturday night, great atmosphere, and restaurant/grill next door was best value in town.
Get a bus/tram map. No 1 stops just round the corner and goes close to centre. No. 5 from next street takes you to central station.
Invaluable audio guide just 1 euro extra in the main Leonardo art gallery but you had to ask for it.

“ hotel was excellent -staff very friendly and room large and comfortable. breakfast was extremely good and the courtyard was a really nice place to have a relaxing drink. hotel excellent location and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. hotel was near a metro stop so only took approx 15 mins to get into the centre of milan. would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone

“ The hotel Sanpi is near the metro which makes it very easy to go to places of interest. The hotel itself is lovely, the room was great and the service was excellent. the staff were very attentive and most helpful. I would reccomend this hotel. There was also a lovely little courtyard to sit in and have a drink or a coffee.

“ Good Location close to central station and shopping areas. In a quiet street with plenty of choice for restaurants near by. Very friendly staff and the small inner courtyard made a perfect haven for pre dinner drinks. Room was small but perfect.
