“ We booked hotel due to 5* rating on trip advisor. Although the negative points were minor we did not rate any more than average. The rooms were uninspiring and the dining room cold at the start of our holiday. Liked the swimming pool but bit was not heated as advertised. It took us a couple of days to realise that face flannels and in room tea making facilities were only available on request. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.The reception staff were excellent but service in the restaurant only adequate. The food was well above average.

“ Excellent service, pool, restaurants and comfort. Beautiful location - road could be little noisy for a couple used to a quiet environment to sleep in but shutting the window at night and using the air- conditioning dealt with that aspect. The hotel shuttle-bus was totally reliable - on the hour, every hour until 11pm and this was a most important aspect as it was a 5-10 minute drive from the centre of Sorrento.
