“ Too far out to really enjoy the city of rome without incurring quite considerable transport costs. Pools good bar area is poor and the restaurant is about average, overall not a 4 star hotel.

“ I chose this hotel because I needed one near to Ciampino airport for one night. From the airport,it took an hour and a half to reach the hotel because I had to take a bus (from bus stop 2) to Anagnina,then another bus from there to the Arcadia,the fare for both journeys being 2 euros,as opposed to paying 15 euros for a taxi.

The newly built structure was designed to satisfy all modern hotel service criteria. All the rooms are decorated in a refined, elegant style, from the parquet floors to the curtains. All rooms are equipped with every convenience including air conditioning, refrigerator bar, telephone and satellite TV.
“ This hotel is reasonably good but falls down on attention to detail. 1. there was only one clothes hanger in the wardrobe 2, you had to request tea making facilities in the room and when they arrived there was no milk which you had to request separately.

“ I was very impressed with how friendly and amenable the reception staff were and were keen to help by offering train timetable, storing my luggage on day of check out and phoning for a taxi. Rooms are basic but with everything i required and are clearly cleaned to a high standard.
