I was very impressed with how friendly and amenable the reception staff were and were keen to help by offering train timetable, storing my luggage on day of check out and phoning for a taxi.
Rooms are basic but with everything i required and are clearly cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast as you would expect and longer window of time, than other hotels i have stayed in, if you wanted a lie in. Swimming pool a real bonus to be enjoyed should you return from Rome early.
Hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to train station and service to Rome is fairly frequent and takes around 20 minutes for a nominal amount. From there it is very easy to find your way about on Metro, so if you are looking to explore Rome i would say that it is a good base but take consideration of time and distances involved.

Top Tip: Buy your bottled water at supermarket next door as opposed to vastly inflated prices outside of tourist attractions. Will result in a big saving over the course of your holiday.
Time and weight of luggage allowing, take a 5 minute walk to bus stop rather than pay over inflated cabs fares for a 5 minute journey to airport.

Great hotel-not the most fancy but everything you needed. Fantastic service-could not have done more to help, would go back on the service alone!

hotel positioned on main road about 10 minutes from the airport (20 euro in taxi) in a kind of industrial area. Our room was on the ground near reception and was pretty noisy. It was clean and tidy though with a good big wetroom. breakfast not bad. the train station was about half a mile 10 min walk train took 15min cost 1 euro each way to Rome centre. All in all good value i have paid a lot more for a lot less.Much cheaper than hotels in Rome and handy for airport the tradeoff is the area its in is ropey. Unless you are on a tight budget you are probably better to have your hotel in central Campino where there are some nice restaurants and the return train from Rome runs later.

Top Tip: I would always choose to stay in Campino it is so much less hassel if you have an early flight, the hotels are better value and the 15minute train ride is no hardship. Enjoy your trip to Rome it is one of the must see places of the world
