“ would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and two or three english speaking channels on the tv.

“ This hotel was adequate for a short stay however there is not much in the immediate vicinity to occupy people for longer durations. The hotel is on the wrong side of the Tiber for walking access to the town centre, however, there is ample transport by way of cabs, tube or bus. Generally, the hotel is quite clean and the rooms fairly spacious. Breakfast is fairly basic and although there is a bar, it is rarely staffed.
“ Top Tip: There is a small market approx 10mins walk from the hotel on the other side of the large roundabout. I would advise is booking a cab to the airport to book directly as were quoted a rate of 48 euro by the hotel, but found a cab for just over 30 euro ourselves.

The room was large & very clean a huge bed,TV was a let down mostly foreign language channels & CNN. Hotel close to Metro Trams & Taxi Rank
The room would benefit with a tea coffee making facility & the Breakfast was ok but no hot food unless you pay extra.
Hotel employees are very friendly & helpful nothing was a problem for them & all speak good English.
“ Top Tip: I would recommend the transport card or Roma card as all the major sights are easy to reach via the metro or trams

This newly renovated city hotel comprises 29 rooms of which 20 are doubles and 9 are singles. Facilities on offer include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift and a safe. Moreover, there is a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant to be taken advantage of.

Hotel Caravel is situated in a good location on Cristoforo Colombo Boulevard near the fair districts and not far from Caracalla Thermae and Catacombs. All the bedrooms are well equipped with air conditioning, television, minibar, hairdryer and safety deposit box. The hotel also has large lounges and an internet point. The hotel restaurant has a good reputation for its traditional cuisine served in a pleasant atmosphere.
“ very convenient. Near to the centre of all the sightseeing areas in Rome. Good nearby bus route. Hotel clean. Breakfast goo, adequate to start the day. Staff all friendly and professional. Very helpful at reception when asking for information.

Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant'Angelo, San Pietro and the Vatican are all within walking distance, reachable through paths which are real strolls through history and beauty. Modern and elegant, the Cicerone boasts many services and facilities including air-conditioning, a gym and a restaurant offering many classic Mediterranean dishes.
“ It's a great hotel. Very clean, modern and full of friendly staff. Our room was cleaned every day. The hotel is in Central Rome . It's near to all attractions especially to the Vatican. We have been very lucky with it. We will definetely come back to Cicerone.
