What a lovely hotel! Was a little worried when booking as I thought the price was too reasonable for such a highly rated hotel but I was nicely surprised! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the whole hotel including rooms is immaculately
clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the mini bar is free and the breakfast was varied enough to not become boring over a 5 day stay. Also, the hotel is situated near the main train station which means its really easy to get to all the top attractions.
If I was ever to come back to Rome again I would definately stay in the Diocleziano again!

The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful and polite.
Rooms are an adequate size. Ours was at the front and with the windows closed we were not disturbed by noise.Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and soft drinks in the mini bar were replaced each day and were complimentary
Breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety, but sometimes staff were slow to replenish things because they were busy.Serving freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee/tea at each individual table was a nice touch, but not an efficient use of staff time - this could be done in a much more efficient way - thus freeing up staff to replenish food when necessary.
The hotel is near to the terminus, but if walking it is a fair way to some of the
sights
Wifi is free and there are 3 PCs which are free to use.
I would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again

Top Tip:
Lampada restaurant wasn't too far and house wine was only 7 euros a bottle.
The food was reasonably priced and very nice.It is only small though and is very busy so best to book.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. For us the closeness of the main railway station (hence trains to the main airport) and the bus terminal (buses to the Stadio Olimpico) was an advantage given that we were in Rome for the Italy v Scotland VI Nations rugby game.
The hotel's breakfast was very good and quite a range of food and drink was available.
We would certainly stay there again.
“ Top Tip: The nearest restaurant was "La Famiglia" also in the Via Gaeta. It is usually very full of tourists as there is litle competition in an area of many hotels none of which provides a restaurant for lunch or evening meals.
