Very pleasant stay!We had been welcomed warm in our room, which was nice and comfy!Hotel looks amazing with its decorative floors, walls, plants and beautiful art. Breakfast was very good--variety of choices could please everyone.Room was clean everyday--our towels got changed even on Sunday!
Great experience.
“ Top Tip: Just behind hotel was little supermarket. We walked everywhere--you don't need travel pass.As you get to ancient Rome everything is so close together, it is nice and pleasant walk--our 4.5 years daughter managed whole days of walking.

“ Our first night we received a call from reception at around midnight to ask us to turn down the television..... We had been asleep for 2 hours and the TV was not on, even when we did have it on we only watched the news. The Dinner and breakfast in our first 24 hours were of poor quality breakfast improved but we did not have dinner at the hotel again. Make sure you are up by 7am or there will be nothing left.
“ Top Tip: Shoes to walk in are essential. We walked everywhere and it was great.

“ My wife and I found this hotel one of the very best we have stayed in, very clean and comfortable with every attraction within walking distance, but what made it outstanding was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to make our visit to Rome very special.
“ Top Tip: A short walk across the nearby bridge takes you to Piazza Di Popolo, a terrific place to start a journey through history.

Stayed for 4 nights - A clean and tidy hotel, well presented staff, helpful from the porter, chambermaid, reception, bar staff and even the chef came out when we arrived to see what we would like to eat although we had arrived before lunchtime.
Staircase or 2 lifts available, we asked for room on upper floor if posssible and they provided us with a room on the 4th floor so as to have a "room with a view". We asked for a balcony but these were on the 3rd floor down - so you choose accordingly as to what is important to you. No hint of any smoking. The room was spotless and two beds were put together to create a large king size bed - sheets changed everyday.
Mini bar - fridge useful - drinks as expected were expensive - 2.50E for 500ml water.
Air conditioned - Tv with sky(mostly Italian as expected) - Bathroom small with shower/mixer tap but good pressure. Towels changed everyday. Safe in wardrobe - no drawers to keep your smalls in! No kettle in room (we took our own) We did not use the jacuzzi, gym etc - family with older children ok. Would book again with Travel Republic who were excellent with their customer care towards me.

Top Tip:
Pay 23E for Roma pass at Tourist Info centre at Airport - includes 3 day bus and metro travel plus two admissions into museams or archaeology sites. From Campinio airport catch bus (have to pay 1.30E as this bus not included on your pass) to nearest metro (Angineno) and the line A takes you to Lepanto metro some 800m from the hotel. Get or buy map with bus travel numbers from Tourist centre. Metros are quicker and cooler in hot weather. Good hotel for travel to most tourist attractions.
Tourist set menus were good value for money ranging from 11E to 20E each.
