“ Hotel is immaculate. The staff are all very friendly, polite and helpfull. The SPA is stunning, you do need a swimming hat, so either take one or pay 5 euros to buy one.
“ Top Tip: short cut through the park to come out by cinema, through the arched walls to come onto Via Veneto which has lots of cafes and restaurants, ony a 15 minute stroll to get there. Best way to get to anywhere within Rome is via taxis. Rate after 10pm is a lot dearer.

“ The Parco de Principe is a beautiful building. We found the majority of the staff were very pleasant and very helpful, which we were not expecting after some of the comments we read before visiting. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of cereals, meats, cheese, salmon, yoghurts, pastries, fruit, eggs, sausage, mushrooms etc. The bar was reasonable 5 euro for a large bottle of water and 7 euro for a beer, the price was the same in the mini bar. Robes and slippers provided in your room. The Spa is amazing and again we found the staff friendly and helpful. To swim you must wear a swimming cap, you can take ypur own or buy one for 5 euros. towels and flip flops are provided. All in all a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The Vatican is a 50 minute walk as is the Colusseum. We taxi'd out in the morning early for our tours then generally walked back visiting other interesting sites on the way.
“ Top Tip: Marco G, via Garibaldi 56 - Fab restaurant and lovely owner, its very clean and cosy and very reasonably priced 65 euros for two courses with plenty of beer and wine can be found on trip advisor but you need to book a table!

“
Found the hotel staff quite stuffy and formal, we had requested a higher floor room and quiet but they put us on the 2nd floor facing the road.,asked for an ungrade(which i was prepared to pay for)and was told the hotel was full although it really didnt seem full
very expensive prices for food , breakfast was quite good and bed comfortable.,
there is no window and if you open the patio door the noise from the cars is very loud so when you sleep the room felt airless and stuffy.,
On the positive beautiful looking hotel and just by a lovely big park so can get some air, also a lovely safe neighbourhood although i wouldnt return there as we didnt feel comfortable and welcomed.
No tea making facilities in the bedroom which for a five star hotel ridiculous also they didnt even put a complimentary bottle of water or in fact anything for our arrival which for a five star hotel also unusual
“ Top Tip: Nice resturant nearby called casa mia and the park opposite borgaise is a welcome relief and beautiful
