Several trams also stop right in front of the hotel's door to further explore the city. “ This hotel is in a great location. The staff were wonderful, helpful and no request was too much. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The triple was a little cosy but ok for a short stay but if you're staying longer than 3 days would suggest upgrading to a suite. The room was lovely though.

“ really enjoyed my stay at the river palace hotel, the room was really nice and even though we was offered the chance to upgrade to a lager room we found the room perfect was we where there to sleep only.The hotel is in a great location, as we walked to most of the city landmarks. the staff are all excellent and very professional also friendly and helpful. The whole experience was great and if you want to find a nice traditional restaurant ask Sergio as he recommended and arranged an amazing place for us. To sum it up an easy 10 out of 10 hotel and will stay there again next time we go to Rome

I really enjoyed my stay at the River Palace Hotel, the service was excellent, not in your face but very helpful. My room was upgraded from a single to a double and was very comfortable indeed. Breakfast was a huge choice of both hot and cold food and they make a great cafe latte. I really appreciated the fact that breakfast was served from 0630 which gave me chance for breakfast before I had to leave for work.
Also after a long day it was great to be able to relax and have sandwiches and drinks in the bar for half price during happy hour which was from 1800 to 2200.
Very hard to fault this hotel and the price was great too.

“ On arrival the receptionist knew that it was my partner's birthday which was a nice touch. Further, on the Saturday evening a complimentary tray of fizz and nibbles were delivered to our room. The hotel is expensive and a little out of the way for the sights going south.
