where do i start!!!! its awful. we paid for half board, and the food was really bad, we complained because on the second night we discovered that we were given a inferior menu to the other guests. it was like having three starters. 1: anti pasti 2: pasta dish the size of 3inch square 3: salted deep fried vegtables ie: peas french beans again the smallest of potion.
the roof bar was dirty and the jucussi was stone cold! the breakfast was just cold buffet style and and english breakfast was an extra £6 euros per person. only one of the staff seemed as if they were from Italy. we went to see our child sing in a church which was around the corner from the hotel, yet when we asked for help the staff all said they had never heard of the area or the church!the staff and the hotel were unhelpful and the food was awful too! the hotel was dated and limited and furnishing was out dated, we requested a room with a view proir to going and we looked out onto a brick wall. its a nosey hotel in a nosey area we made our feelings well known and were brushed aside. conclusion do not stay in this Hotel!!!!! this is more like a 2 STAR HOTEL

There is nothing wrong with this hotel at all so please ignore all bad comments you have read... Great location, pleasant staff, tidy rooms cleaned daily, comfortable beds, no problems with hot water or towels... Continential breakfast: cereals, pastries, ham and cheese, fresh juices and coffee bit borring but absolutely enough for everyone to get stomach full. It's a perfect place for few nights gateway trip. We spent there 4 nights but probably if it had to be any longer we would be bit bored as there is no entertainment at the hotel... Would definitely recommend to everyone. Great value... We have only paid £160 for 2 of us for 4 nights b&b (me and my mum) Just cannot complain... Hope you will enjoy your stay too...
