“ This was my first time back to Jamaica in 13 years. I had a great deal on this hotel but was worried about how the hotel would be. I had nothing to worry about the hotel was spectacular very clean the staff were very friendly and accomadating. The food was great and the views were fantastic, overall it was fantastic. I plan to return in the next couple of years and stay in the sister hotel in ochio rios. I would recommend this hotel for couples, families and even the single traveller would be made welcome here.

1. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
2. Cleansliness of pools were very poor.
3. Entertainment was average. Have seen a lot better in other countries.
4. Food was average.
5. You could get a sunbed any time of the day. However 20% of them were in need of repair.
6. Dinner plates in Italian restaurant were dangerously hot. We made a comment to the restaurant manager who advised he would get this changed. However, we ate in there on other occasions and there was no change.

The hotel was basic. The staff were nice and did their best to assist you in your requests. Unfortunately, my daughter's purse was stolen from our room. The security did their best to resolve the matter but to no avail. The in house restaurants were not very nice but the buffet dinining was nice. The hotel's evening entertainment was unsatisfactory but fine for youngsters.
It would also be helpful, if a booking hotel reference number could be given to your clients before their arrival. As when I rang, just before my arrival, they claimed to have no booking reference for me. However, I managed to sort it myself!
