“ The service of the staff was excellent, very accomodating and helpful. My only concern was that when booking i was not informed that the this particular hotel did not have a cot facility for babies (even though on my booking form it stated please ensure there is a cot in the room). It would have been helpful to be aware of this prior to booking and it may need to be information provided to people travelling with babies

The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and unapologetic for any problems experienced. The hotel is under construction and renovation, and sometimes the works went on until 3am! We had to be moved 3 times to different rooms. I was not informed of the construction works when I booked the hotel, and neither informed that there was no longer a swimming pool!
I would NEVER recommend this attrocious hotel to anyone!

Top Tip:
Take a walk along the hip strip across the road from doctors cave to a souvenier shop called dolleys, very good prices and warm staff to help you.
And a great place to eat is 'island grill', you will find this near the main KFC in Montego Bay.
