“ Great hotel friendly staff good choice of food. The children loved the clean swimming pools and clean beach.Evening entertainment was ok Beach BBQ and evening entertainment was great. Would recommend hotel for a hassle free holiday.

“ WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR THE SECOND TIME IN TEN YEARS, VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CHANGES, HOTEL SPOTLESS AS ALWAYS, STAFF EXTREMELY QUICK TO CLEAR AWAY, VERY SAFETY CONSCIOUS AROUND POOL AREAS, EVERYTHING CLEARLY LAYED OUT.THE HOLIDAY WAS PERFECT FOR MY WIFE AND I AND OUR 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, WE STAYED TWO WEEKS AND ONLY LEFT THE RESORT FOR TWO DAY TRIPS, IT HAS THE RIGHT BALANCE OF BEING RELAXING BUT ALSO HAVING ENOUGH TO DO TO STOP YOU GETTING BORED, WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE SPECIAL EVENING AND DINNER LAYED ON FOR ALL THE RETURNING GUESTS, A VERY NICE TOUCH, VERY IMPRESSIVE. THE ONLY SLIGHT CRITICISM WAS THE ROOM NEEDED A BIT OF TLC IN CERTAIN AREAS, I.E OUR PATIO DOORS DIDNT FIT/CLOSE PROPERLY, SMALL GRIPE.
“ Top Tip: OCHIE HAS EXPANDED TEN FOLD, WELL WORTH A VISIT, DOLPHINS COVE, DUNNS RIVER FALLS ARE BOTH A MUST SEE ATTRACTION, BOOK THE IN THE HOTEL, THAT WAY THE TRANSFERS ARE GAURUNTEED ,THE ATTRACTION OFFICE CALLS THE WHEN YOU ARE READY TO LEAVE, THEY ARRIVE TO COLLECT YOU WITHIN 20MINS, SO YOU DONT HAVE TO CLOCK WATCH OR CUT YOUR TIME SHORT.

“ There could have been a bit more entertainment in the evenings. The hotel was very clean and towels were replaced every day. The staff were very helpful and polite. Would definately stay there again.
“ Top Tip: There is a beach attached to the hotel. Dolphin Cove which was about 15 minutes taxi ride away was superb and fun for all the family.
