“ A fabulous hotel with warm friendly staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our selves and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. We felt comfortable and well taken care of all the time, the only regret have is that can’t o back tomorrow! Ye mon I-RE.

Once booked in I tried to book the a la carte restaurant for 2 of the 3 nights of my stay only to be informed by the PR lady that i was only entitled to 1 night a la carte which was not on any information or website.
I booked two rooms i was aware that we only had 2 sets of towels and we booked the room for 3 people so i contacted reception they promised to send another set within an hour, after the hour had past and still no towels i rang the emergency number, again told within an hour but no one came, the follwing morning i went down to reception and vented my anger.The day before i checked out our room was cleaned but our drinks in the fridge not replaced again complained at reception to no avail.
This hotel has the facilities of a 5* hotel but the service and attention to detail is poor, with all the hotels in compition i will not consider giving them my money again

“ Had a good stay - staff was friendly, forgot to print my hotel voucher but there was internet access and computers at the hotel so this was not a problem. Wide variety of food tho I did expect the quality of food to be better (it is an all inclusive hotel). lots of entertainment and there are activities for children. Room was spacious and had an ocean view which was lovely (hotel is huge tho and they will be expanding again)

Top Tip:
definitely take a couple days and go to Dunns River falls and to dolphin cove which are about 30mins away in Ocho Rios.
If you are buying jewellry in Och Rios always remember to haggle as there are great deals to be made!

“ The hotel was very nicely furnished , and the the grounds was lovely. The food was fantastic and there was alot of different variety of food to choose from. I went with my sister and we both had small children with us. The hotel had a children creche, but it started from ages 4 and upwards. which wasnt good for us, because our children was younger. We had a lovely time at this hotel and would recommend it . I am hoping to return but there with the rest of my family next year.

Top Tip:
There was a private Beach that was on the grounds and we booked a trip on the gla
ss bottom boat. It was good we manage to see some tropical fishes and a ship wreck. We was also told that we had been lucky cause we manage to see a turtle on the sea.
