The Old Ram Coaching Inn is a listed Inn dating back to the 17th Century; documents reveal that it has been a coaching Inn for most of its life. The Inn has recently been sympathetically refurbished. Inside exposed brick work and the original beams can still be seen and there is a real log fire in the main bar.Our 11 guest rooms all have private bathrooms; there are some suites and a four poster bed. Rooms all have hair dryers a trouser press tea and coffee making facilities and satellite television. “ Lovely room. Very efficient staff and service. Great meals - good selection, well presented. This hotel is useful as a base for exploring the wider area - which we did. The hotel is next to a very busy main road - light sleepers may find this an irritation - we did not.
