“ Small hotel but in perfect location. Hotel is situated in downtown Cancun just abut 10 minutes walk from main bus station. If you don't want to pay too much for taxi from the airport, just pick the bus ADO from tha airport for 50 pesos = 5 usd dolars.
Walmart is a big supermatket just about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, Mercado 28 is opposite.
We went on the beach by hotel shuttle van which leaves at 9.30 am every day and come back from the beach at 5.30pm. You can always take the public bus R2 to and from the beach for only 8.5 pesos so less than 1 usd dolar if you wish to see an amazing sunset and stay longer in the Hotel Zone.
Rooms are basic but modern, very clean and with big shower.
I enjoyed the stay and very happy with the price. I love traveling and never choose the all inclusive hotel. Siutes Gaby hotel is nice warm hotel to stay overnight and do seightseeing during the day. Staff speak English and lways ready to help. Strongly reccomended

“ The hotel is very clean and the room is pretty quiet and very secure. These are all things that impressed me as a lone female traveller. Also it was within walking distance of the bus station (about 10 mins walk) although after about 10pm you might prefer to take a cab. If you haggle you can get one for 20 Mexican pesos (about 1 pound of English money).

I also found the staff extremely polite and helpful. There is a free safety deposit box in your room. I would definitely stay there again, it was a bargain for its location.

The only bad thing I can say is that the hotel is a little bit of a walk along a not-so-pretty road and possibly late at night you ought to take a cab. But for a clean aircon room in that location I would expect to be paying more or getting less. Recommended.

“ Top Tip: There is a great ice cream parlour which sells handmade real fruit creamy ice lollies in dozens of flavours a short walk away, between the hotel and the bus station. Not only is it great, it is really cheap. Also the hotel is quite close to the park which has some really nice events on and gets very busy at weekends.

Always haggle for your cab fare and don't take the taxis from immediately outside the bus station as they charge double from that taxi rank. If you walk just 30 yards round the corner and take a licenced taxi on the street you'll pay a lot less - but do haggle.
