The hotel was lovely when we first walked in, the staff were polite and the room was clean and quite nice (no balcony's though which was a bit rubbish). The pool and beach were both really nice too.
Then it came to time to eat and things went significantly down hill... there was only one restaurant in our actual hotel that served dinner (Buffet style). We then made our way over to Palm beach (unless you are between 16-25 and enjoy having leering chav like boys pester you constantly i would avoid palm beach with a barge pole!!!)
In palm beach you have 6 places to get dinner. The only place well worth a visit is the sushi bar... I wouldnt reccomend any of the others, espeacially not the Mexican.. We waited 3 nights to get in to eat here and i think between 5 of us we didnt have more that half a dish!
We were 5 girls who are not fussy eaters but had to go and pay to eat out as we were so hungry!!
On a more positive note lunch at the small bar on the left side of the pool is lovely, they do good bagels and salads! also breakfast in the buffet restaurant isn't bad if you go early enough!
We were 5 young girls who are not fussy eaters but had to go and pay to eat out as we were so hungry!!

Top Tip:
Definately go to Playa Del Carmen if you get a chance, infact if you haven't booked go and stay there instead!
Also swimming with Dolphins on the nearby Island, its really fun! And the Jungle tour was fun to. Buy any tours you can from the guy in the Lobby. And if you want to go to the clubs find Ivan! He's amazing!!
Coco Bongo is the place to go!! Also we went to Mambo Cafe which is really fun if you like salsa and have had enough of the full on strip!
AVOID- Dady O's!! It's an absolute meat market!!!

“ Hotel was very nice and comfortable with a wide range choice of restaurants/food. The staff were very nice & the entertainment staff were very friendly and enteraining and always tried to get you involved! but it was slightly overcrowded in April spring break and not enough sunbeds to go around everyone! Nite clubs were near by great for partying if your between 18 - 30 yrs old.
“ Top Tip: Not much near the hotel apart from other hotels and niteclubs so expect to spend most of the time in your hotel on the beach or by the pool. unless you want to pay for trips out. Bring mexican pesos or american dollars cash as the cash machines charge and dont always work in your hotel but if your all-inclusive you wont need much money just for maybe the water sports or clubbing.
