“ Hotel staff all very helpful and friendly, great variety of food, definately reccommend the all inclusive package.
“ Top Tip: We recommend you try out the interactive aquarium in La Isla about 10 minutes up the road from the hotel. Also the outback steak house in Flamenco Plaza straight across the road is a must for everyone of any age. Those looking for a family friendly night out definately check out Pat O'Briens also in Flamenco Plaza.

“ worst hotel ive stayed in.went on holiday with four friends.when we got there they tried to put three of us into a room with one double bed,we had to pay to get a bigger room.the place is a joke
