The lobby contains a 24-hour reception, whilst further facilities include a souvenir shop, a bar, 1 e la carte and 2 buffet restaurants (one of which is located on the beach). Guests may leave their cars in the parking lot. The hotel lies directly on the wide, white sand beach in the hotel quarter, beautifully situated between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon. A diversity of entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are all to be found nearby (within 30 m). The centre of Cancen and the airport are both roughly a 25-minute drive away.The pleasing rooms are air conditioned and come equipped with a bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a double or king-sized bed, a hire safe and a balcony (with either view of the sea or lagoon).Outside are 2 swimming pools with an integrated children's paddling area, a swim-in bar, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also make use of the gym or, for an additional fee, the massage service. Sports such as tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball and a variety of water sports are available nearby on the beach or in the lagoon. Entertainment programmes are organised for both adults and children during the day and evenings, including live music and shows.

“ The hotel is on different levels, therefore if you do have difficulty walking this may not be the hotel for you as there are alot of steps. Where possible ramps are in place. Staff over all could not do enough for you. Pool area very clean. mini bar in the room was a nice touch. We had a very pleasant stay. Iwas a bit worried as on trip advisor there were some very nasty comments which we found to be untrue.

The only issue would be the amount of young students (Drinking excessively and no regard to other guests with the noise they made at all hours of the morning).
This I know is very difficult and would be due to the Americans in particular on summer vacation, I myself had my American neice stay with us, and of course most of them are only 18 (although the legal age to drink in the US is 21, so they are bound to go overboard).
The amount of drinking/smoking actually in the pool was not very nice as alcohol and cigarette buts were spilt/stubbed out in the pool again with disregard to other guests using the pool, at times there was a big build up of slush from the above and did not get cleaned every day, feel very sorry for the pool cleaners.

Top Tip:
There are various very good places locally and this hotel is just the correct distance outside the main very busy area.
Can I also just add how very good Royal Tours (transfer company) have been, my sister and her children's flight from the US was delayed some 8 hours, and they returned back to the airport to collect her without any extra charge, they were very understanding and supportive also we had changes on the return flights and again they made arrangements for us, I did thank all the drivers but would like you to pass this comment onto the company and would recommend them at all times.

“ this is an excellent hotel right on the beach. It is kept very clean, in all areas including bedrooms, bars, and pool area. I had a great time here and would have no problem staying here again. It is right on a white sand light blue water beach. very relaxing.
“ Top Tip: have a photo session with the guys in photofrance just behind reception well worth it and a lot of fun.
