“ excellent hotel and staff. bar and restaurant service was brill. maid service and pool area well kept. staff went out of their way to please and were always courteous. would def. go back.
“ Top Tip: buses are really cheap to go clubbing, shopping or down town. taxis are ok but you pay.

Hotel was very good for price, the beach was poor but the pool was good, food was ok but not much round by the hotel apart from a steak house and a casino and the pirate ship. The room was nice and had a good shower and they were also cleaned every day.
A few ATMs in the hotel which was handy and the hotel also change money.
“ Top Tip: If you want a nice beach go to the public beach which costs 10us dollars from these hotel

“ The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were kept well clean and the fridge stocked daily. The pool was clean. Plenty of activities available and excursions easy to book from the hotel. Our poolside waitress was tireless and friendly, well worth tipping!
“ Top Tip: Collect 5 pesos coins when you can in change when you are away from the hotel because the laundry, pool table and air hockey table all take them but the hotel has no where to make change.

“ The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We found the service to be very good. I would recommend the hotel's travel agents for booking trips. They were very informative and gave us great deals with the flexibility we required with the dates.
“ Top Tip: The party hopper excursion was a great way to experience the night life for a fraction of the price it would cost you to do it separately. It was a great way to meet people as well.

“ Perfect location and staff were wonderful. Lots to do for children and great beach too! We stayed during recent Hurricane Rina and the hotel updated us hourly and even when parts of the hotel was damaged it was back to normal within hours. I was personally injured during the storm and the staff arranged for Doctor and hospital visit! Recommended!!!

“ This hotel is not worth the money, rooms are very old bar was very dirty and drinks were warm and vile the dining area was old dirty and the food was vile , that bad we couldn't eat there and had to catch a bus to town to get food !
