Very nice hotel,good service, friendly, efficient staff.
The choice and the quality of food was quite good, however the drinks quality was very bad. Also the beach is not very good. If you want a good beach and like to swim, find another hotel. The entertainment was good sometimes, and other times very boring, needs improving.
Overall, the hotel is OK, but slightly overrated.
“ Top Tip: Not much outside the hotel, as it's at the beginning of the hotel zone area, but the bars and clubs are only a short ride by bus or taxi.

“ After an 11 hour flight from the UK we arrived at the Temptation spa resort to find we had a room virtually in the bar area which may sound ideal to stagger home a short distance after a heavy nite but when u want to get some sleep u have no chance. We asked to be moved the next day to a much quieter area of the hotel but got in several arguments regarding this as they were trying to charge more to be in a quieter part which was a joke. The management of the hotel is awful, they are rude and really do not care a dam about guests. We eventually got moved and actually were able to unpack our suitcases as we agreed the room given was ok and actually managed to get some sleep but 2 nights on after being told we were in a quieter area we then had a private party to put up with in the cigar lounge which was right by our room. The party went on till 5am. Several complaints were made that morning and we actually sort of got an apology from them. Thank god that was the last bit of hassle we had and cud start to enjoy our holiday. On a whole the holiday was gud and wud def go back to cancun but wud stay in a different resort for sure.
“ Top Tip: Coco Bongo was great show and worth going VIP as away from the crowds and better selection of all inclusive drinks. Also Katamaran trips are gud where u can do snorkeling and visit downtown mexico where u can travel around on these golf buggies which was fun

“ This was the best holiday I have ever had. Everything from the excellent service of Thomson aiways to the transfere service and the hotel was the best hotel I have ever been to. It is an adults only hotel, so no screaming children round the pool. The entertaiment in the hotel was very good, the staff were all excellent. The food and the services was really good also, I will definatley be going back there next year. Thank you for all your services.
