the hotel staff could not be any friendlier really helpful and obliging. food was excellant and with a varied choice to suit any tastes. the best was the kids club for our eldest son Bailey who is 4yrs old he had an absolute ball at it every day.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were always on hand when we were by the pool or in the bar to provide us with drinks/food and were always pleasant and polite and made our stay very special. There always seemed to be someone working somewhere at all times of the day and night.

The restaurants were all very nice. We did not try the Oceana restaurant as neither myself or my wife are a lover of seafood, however, for those people who were the menu looked delicious. The World Cafe had food to suit everyone, the Hitsumi restaurant was lovely with the view over the beach - the first time we'd had sushi and the seaside bar and grill was also very nice.

The rooms were clean and tidy with clean towels offered later in the day (about 6ish) and a turn down service for the bed which was nice.

We swam with the dolphins which was an amazing experience and I would suggest everyone do this. It was great to watch them each day as we sat by the pool.

The only criticism I would have, is that we had a couple of days when we were caught in a tropical storm, however, no extra chairs were provided in the main bar in the hotel (the only one left open) which would have been a good idea as everyone wanted to go there. However the staff were working very hard trying to keep the water out - which was a never ending job!

Overall a lovely and memorable holiday which I would love to get the chance to do again sometime.
