“ Had a fantastic time at The Golden Parnassus. The service, food and the friendly staff made this an excellent stay. i would highly recommend this hotel to all ages and the location on the beach is fabulous, go enjoy you will not regret it!!!!

reception staff were rude and unhelpful, food was ok but waitors had little knowledge of the menus. entertainment rubbish more like 18 - 30, loud and noisy which could be heard in the rooms.
beach fantastic, drink service around the pool and beach excellent. close to shops, nightclubs etc which was a bonus

Great central location in main Cancun hotel zone, only 5 mins to commercial Cancun area.
Outstanding food, both range and quality. Great choice of fine food. Old Barn has the best steak ever!!!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, always wanting to add to a personal holiday experience.
Would recommend the Deep Tissue spa massage, exceptional.

This was a fantastic hotel. The rooms were large and well decorated and clean. The only negative was that despite confirming our reservation, the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to their sister hotel on the first night. I understand this is a regular practice and something the hotels needs to address.
