“ Does need updating with a paint job, rooms need airing out. Friendly staff, close to main strip but quiet enough at night to get some sleep. Great views of Lagoon and main strip. Clean pool.

“ The Imperial Laguna hotel bedroom was very disappointing until I complained , we were then allocated a far better bedroom which was adequate, we felt that the hotel was upto standard but was let down by rowdy people who were mainly ENGLISH, who slept all day then woke everybody up on their drunken return at 4/5.00am.It was my fault for booking this hotel not thinking that when I booked it it was said to be in a quiet cul-de-sac, and quiet location (which it was) not thinking that no matter how quiet the location was, the quietness was only as quiet as the people who stayed in the hotel . altogether it was a good holiday which means a lot thinking that after the first bedroom we would have willingly paid money to get out of their and go to another hotel .
“ Top Tip: The restaurant within the hotel grounds on the boardwalk overlooking tbhe lagoon was fantastic and attracted many diners from outside the hotel.(lucky for us the english drunken holidaymakers did not use it.) we like a drink or two but to be honest this hotel in this location was not for them they should have stayed closer to the night life

“ the hotel haz an excelent service and a very good location.very clean,very nice swimmingpool area and a great restaurant.the staf is friendly,helps you in anyway they can.my opinion is that the hotel is much more than wath you pay.i will definently go back there.
“ Top Tip: if you want to book a tour,dont do it on the street.they will charge you a much higher price.do it at the hotel.every hotel haz tours and they will give you excelent prices.

“ The Hotel was good value for money considering the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think the location is great , because it is just 10 min walk from the hotel zone shops and restaurants which makes it quiet.The rooms were cleaned every day and i would definatelly visit again.
