This hotel is not worth the money, rooms are very old bar was very dirty and drinks were warm and vile the dining area was old dirty and the food was vile , that bad we couldn't eat there and had to catch a bus to town to get food ! The best part of our holiday was being able to swap our airline ticket home

Top Tip: Please save your money , we cut our week holiday down to three days that's how bad it is.

One of the smaller hotels in Zona Hoteleria but adequate. It sits on the beach and a bus takes 5 minutes to get to central Cancun. Recommended if your not going to spend much time in the hotel.

Top Tip: ATM machine in the Holiday Inn next door.

When i made the reservation, it was very cheap and now i understand why. The food was awful, me and my friend who i travelled with ended up eating bread and butter for dinner, there wasn't any selections of food. The entertainment staff were actually very good and looked after us however the staff including the receptionist and the security guards could only speak little English. Our room was right above the bar which was terrible when we arrived and wanted sleep, all we could hear was bang bang bang...even during the day when we went up to our room for a sleep the music was on full blast. My friends 250gbp was stolen from our room, the camera was in the draw under the mirror, we only noticed this when we was checking out. We spend the last few days of our trip in the Great Parnassus Hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody even if it was 5GBP for the whole week!!! Absolutly awful

Top Tip: Nothing
